1 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other ttm4d platform documentation:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ttm4d Platform is restricted. To register an Account and use our Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ttm4d applies a strict minimum age of 21 in line with the norms applicable to the Indonesian market. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing any Services.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. ttm4d primarily serves the Indonesian market and does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is criminalized under national legislation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are acting under any form of legal guardianship are not eligible.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not have previously self-excluded from ttm4d or from any other gambling platform where that exclusion remains in effect. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion using a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You must not already hold a registered Account with ttm4d. Only one Account per individual is permitted.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements at the time of registration and that you will continue to satisfy them for the duration of your membership. If your eligibility status changes, you are required to notify ttm4d immediately and cease using the Services until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ttm4d Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• Accuracy of Information: All details provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination without refund.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — will be merged or suspended at ttm4d's discretion. Any Bonus Funds held in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ttm4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account security settings. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Account Verification (KYC): Before processing withdrawals above a threshold determined by ttm4d from time to time, we may require you to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued identity document (KTP, passport, or SIM for Indonesian residents), proof of address dated within the last three months, and documentation evidencing ownership of the payment method used to deposit. KYC review typically completes within one to three business days.
• Account Closure by Member: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ttm4d support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements and KYC checks are satisfied.
• Account Suspension or Termination by ttm4d: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, including but not limited to suspected fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ttm4d supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Indonesian market. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and cryptocurrency transfers via USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20) and Bitcoin (BTC).
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. Bank transfers carry a minimum of Rp 50.000; e-wallet deposits carry a minimum of Rp 20.000; cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of approximately Rp 50.000 at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at the time of deposit.
• Deposit Processing: IDR deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet during WIB business hours (07:00–22:00 WIB) are credited to your Account in real time. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations (1–3 for USDT; 3 for BTC).
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed the KYC verification process and whose Account is in good standing. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for IDR bank transfers and e-wallets. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 10–60 minutes depending on network conditions.
• Payment Method Consistency: As an anti-money laundering (AML) measure, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposits. ttm4d reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
• Currency: All Account Balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are converted at the applicable mid-market exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ttm4d does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the ttm4d account portal. ttm4d reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time without prior notice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ttm4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Eligibility: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Members who have completed account registration and KYC verification. Certain bonuses may be limited to new Members (welcome bonuses), specific deposit methods, or specific product verticals (e.g., sportsbook-only or slots-only).
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance. The specific wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and qualifying game or bet types are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not activated or wagered within the time frame specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.
• One Bonus Per Transaction: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be applied per deposit transaction. Stacking multiple bonuses on a single deposit is not permitted.
• Abuse and Irregular Play: ttm4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it determines that a Member is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk covering bets, using prohibited bet patterns, or coordinating with other Members to exploit a promotion.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: ttm4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited to a Member's Account at the time of withdrawal will remain available for the remainder of the original promotional period.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all ttm4d betting and gaming products. Product-specific rules (e.g., for sportsbook, live casino, slots, keno, and togel) are published separately within each product section and form part of these Terms by reference:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets and wagers on the ttm4d platform are subject to acceptance at ttm4d's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after acceptance, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in error, in breach of these Terms, or based on information not available to the public at the time the odds were set.
• Palpable Errors: If ttm4d publishes odds or game parameters that are clearly erroneous (a "palpable error" — for example, decimal odds of 100.0 on an overwhelming favourite), we reserve the right to void all affected bets regardless of their settlement status and to refund the original stake to the Member's Account.
• Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within each game or market. ttm4d reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific Members where warranted by risk management considerations.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a connection failure during an active game round, ttm4d's servers will record the game state at the point of disconnection. For RNG-based games, the round will complete according to the RNG outcome already determined at the point of disconnection. For live casino games, the outcome will be determined by the physical result at the table.
• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) outcomes in ttm4d's slot, keno, and RNG table game products are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Certification documentation is available on request.
• Match and Event Cancellation: If a sporting event covered by the ttm4d sportsbook is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the minimum qualifying play time specified in the relevant market rules, all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned to Members' Accounts.

7 Responsible Gaming

ttm4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. The following tools and policies are in place to support Member wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may activate session duration reminders that notify them when a pre-set playing time has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Member may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. • Reality Check: Members may enable periodic reality-check prompts that display session duration and net session outcome at user-defined intervals.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ttm4d Platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct faces immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or against the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members, whether in live casino games, poker products, or any competitive betting context.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to ttm4d immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Registering or maintaining multiple Accounts (multi-accounting), including under different names, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing or enabling a third party to access or use your Account, including sharing login credentials with family members or associates.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any element of the ttm4d Platform, including game code, odds algorithms, or payment processing systems.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content that is defamatory, offensive, or unlawful via any communication channel associated with ttm4d.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ttm4d Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphical user interfaces, trademarks, logos, domain names, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ttm4d or is used under licence from third-party rights holders, including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No Member may reproduce, redistribute, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ttm4d.

All third-party trade names, logos, and game titles displayed on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by ttm4d under the terms of applicable licensing agreements. Any unauthorized use of such third-party intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttm4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from technical errors, connectivity issues, or incorrect information provided by the Member.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account data arising from circumstances beyond ttm4d's reasonable control.
• Any reliance on content, odds, game descriptions, or promotional information published on the Platform that contains inadvertent errors or inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy & Data

ttm4d collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted by Members in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and platform usage. The collection and use of such data is governed by the ttm4d Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that ttm4d may share your data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required to comply with applicable law or to prevent financial crime.

All data transmitted between your browser and the ttm4d Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. ttm4d does not sell or rent Member personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ttm4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes (such as minor clarifications or corrections), we may update these Terms without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions of the Terms are available on request by contacting [email protected].

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied in the jurisdiction in which ttm4d is licensed and regulated.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and ttm4d, the Member must first contact ttm4d support to seek an informal resolution. ttm4d will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified by ttm4d from time to time.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
